This document contains information about the technologies that allow this Application to achieve the purposes described below. Such technologies allow the Owner to collect and save information (for example through the use of Cookies) or to use resources (for example by running a script) on the User's device when the latter interacts with this Application.

For simplicity, in this document such technologies are briefly defined as "Tracking Tools", unless there is a reason to differentiate.

For example, while Cookies can be used on both web and mobile browsers, it would be inappropriate to talk about Cookies in the context of mobile applications as they are Tracking Tools that require the presence of a browser. For this reason, within this document, the term Cookies is only used where it is specifically meant to indicate that particular type of Tracking Tool.

Some of the purposes for which Tracking Tools are used may also require the User's consent. If consent is given, it can be freely revoked at any time by following the instructions contained in this document.

This Application only uses Tracking Tools managed directly by the Owner (commonly called "first-party" Tracking Tools).
Duration and expiration of first-party Cookies and other similar Tracking Tools may vary depending on what is set by the Owner. Some of them expire at the end of the User's browsing session.

Activities strictly necessary to ensure the functioning of this Application and the provision of the Service
This Application uses Cookies commonly called "technical" or other similar Tracking Tools to carry out activities strictly necessary to ensure the functioning or provision of the Service.

How to manage preferences
There are various ways to manage preferences related to Tracking Tools:

Users can manage preferences related to Trackers directly from within their own device settings, for example, by preventing the use or storage of Trackers.

Additionally, the User may set their preferences within the cookie notice or by updating such preferences via the privacy preferences widget, if available.

It is also possible, via relevant browser or device features, to delete previously stored Trackers, including those used to save consent preferences initially expressed by the User.

Other Trackers in the browser's local memory may be deleted by deleting the browsing history.

Finding settings for Tracking Tools
Users can, for example, find information on how to manage Cookies in some of the most popular browsers at the following addresses:
Users may also manage certain Tracking Tools for mobile applications by disabling them through the relevant device settings, such as the mobile advertising settings or the settings relating to tracking in general (Users may consult the device settings to identify the relevant one).
Consequences of refusing to use Tracking Tools
Users are free to decide whether or not to allow the use of Tracking Tools. However, please note that Tracking Tools allow this Application to provide Users with a better experience and advanced features (in line with the purposes outlined in this document). Therefore, if the User decides to block the use of Tracking Tools, the Owner may not be able to provide the relevant features.

Given the objective complexity of identifying tracking technologies, Users are encouraged to contact the Owner should they wish to receive further information on the use of such technologies by this Application.
